1. Introduction

Welcome to Craftec Automation ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Craftec Systems Solution (NS0297531-H), a company registered in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our AI automation services including AnyBase, AnyChat, AnyTask, and AnyPage (collectively, the "Services") accessible via automation.craftec.ai.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

• "Client" refers to any individual or business entity subscribing to our Services.
• "End User" refers to customers who interact with the Client's AI-powered systems.
• "Knowledge Base" refers to the business information, FAQs, and content provided by the Client to train the AI.
• "Subscription Period" refers to the monthly or annual term of service.

3. Services Description

Craftec provides AI-powered automation tools for business communication and operations. Our Services include:

• AnyBase: AI knowledge management and training system
• AnyChat: Multi-channel AI chatbot for customer communication
• AnyTask: Automated workflow and follow-up system
• AnyPage: Landing page design and development

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Payment is due at the beginning of each Subscription Period. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and approved e-wallet payments.

4.3. Prices are subject to Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST) where applicable.

4.4. Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days grace period and written notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided for the Knowledge Base.

5.2. You shall not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Malaysian law.

5.3. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from End Users for data collection and processing.

5.4. You shall not use the Services to send spam, misleading information, or content that violates third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, and methodologies, remain with Craftec.

6.2. Client retains ownership of their business data and Knowledge Base content.

6.3. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your Subscription Period.

7. Service Level & Support

7.1. We aim for 99.5% service uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

7.2. Support is available via WhatsApp during business hours (9am-6pm MYT, Monday to Friday). Urgent issues will be addressed within 4 hours where possible.

7.3. Onboarding and initial setup typically completes within 48 hours of receiving all required information.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Craftec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8.3. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales increases or lead conversion rates.

9. Termination

9.1. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

9.2. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal use.

9.3. Upon termination, your access to Services will cease. We will provide data export assistance upon request within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
